What Clients Say About Us.

Real people. Real experiences. Real results.
Here’s what clients say about working with VAgency and the difference it has made to their business and working lives.

I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Selma. She has been by my side as my EA, PA, and all-around Operations at Where You At. From managing my calendar and comms, to keeping internal projects on track and helping build structure across the business, she’s been absolutely invaluable. Selma has a rare ability to get things done calmly, quickly, and with real care. She’s fiercely organised, emotionally intelligent, and totally unflappable. She also has a gift for anticipating problems before they arise—and solving them before anyone else notices. More than anything, she’s just a genuinely wonderful person to work with. I trust her completely, and I’d recommend her and her VA services in a heartbeat to any founder or fast-paced team who needs someone exceptional in their corner.

Selma is incredibly proactive, organised and reliable. She handles multiple tasks with precision, keeps everything running smoothly, and provides an exceptional level of support. I highly recommend Selma and VAgency.

Selma was a pleasure to work with, very professional, pragmatic and likable. Any team would benefit from Selma’s energy, knowledge and hard work.

Selma is a super organised and proactive EA. Highly recommend her and VAgency Ltd, they helped us as a nonprofit organise ourselves and formalise our ways of working, plan travel, manage extensive diaries and inbox fatigue.

Selma and her team were a pleasure to work with. Great communication, fast, efficient work. We will certainly work with VAgency Ltd again in the future for any virtual assistant work I require.

Selma is an excellent VA. She is approachable and knowledgeable in her skills. I would highly recommend her. She goes above and beyond implementing efficient ways of working and it was a great experience working with her as a fellow VA.

Working with Selma and VAgency has been an incredible experience. As the owner of Versatile Virtual Assistance, I hold very high standards — and Selma not only meets them, she exceeds them every time. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients’ success are unmatched. Selma operates with integrity, clarity, and a level of organisation that brings immediate calm and structure to any project. What sets her apart is her adaptability and her ability to understand exactly what a business needs. She delivers with consistency, confidence, and warmth. It truly feels like having a partner you can trust at every step. I highly recommend VAgency and Selma to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality support. She is exceptional at what she does.
